How long will it take for a product to reach me?

The total time you have to wait for any order is Lead Time + Transit Time. Lead time is the time it takes Tribal Monsoon to process your order at our warehouse. Transit time is the time it takes our courier service (DHL, Fedex, or UPS) to deliver your order to you. For most orders, lead time is 5-7 business days and delivery time is an additional 4-5 business days. Once you have placed your order online, you should allow a total of 10 days for your order to reach you. For urgent orders, please email customerservice@tribalmonsoon.com and our Customer Service team will try to expedite the delivery of your order.

Can I track products when they are shipped?

Yes, you can track all deliveries online at www.dhl.com. When your order is fulfilled, our sales department will send you an email providing your DHL tracking number, which you can use to track the delivery until it reaches your doorstep. No, you will not have to deal with customs for products you order from our website. DHL, the international courier service that Tribal Monsoon uses, takes the responsibility to clear our packages through customs. By shopping at tribalmonsoon.com, you will experience the true benefits of international door-to-door delivery without having to face the hassles of customs clearance.

Will I have to pay duty on the items that are delivered to me?

Customs duties apply to all items entering the country of destination from overseas. US Customs staff randomly apply duties to incoming shipments. While one shipment may be charged customs, another shipment may not be charged at all.

Customs duties remain the liability of the customer.

Will the customer be charged any sales tax on website purchases made on www.tribalmonsoon.com?
